At Backyard Discovery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living purchase. If your product is not the perfect fit for your home, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via phone or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure all components are securely packed in their original boxes; please note that items must be unassembled and include all hardware and instructions.

• 3.
  Schedule Transportation

  Once your return is authorized, we will help coordinate a freight pickup for large items or provide a shipping label for smaller parcel deliveries.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in new condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.
